Brad Young

Brad Young is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management for DKSH since December 2024, Brad has previously held significant roles, including General Manager Supply Chain and Operations Australasia at Glen Dimplex, where responsibilities encompassed integrated business planning, demand and supply planning, logistics, and warehousing. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director Supply Chain at Kao Asia & Oceania, and Supply Chain Director at L'Oréal, where Brad managed demand planning and customer supply chain operations. Early career foundations were established in both commercial and military environments, including roles within the Australian Army, where Brad provided support for defense logistics and operations. Educationally, Brad holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from RMIT University, along with several degrees and certificates focused on business administration and supply chain management.
