Yang Navuth

Yang Navuth has extensive work experience in human resources management. From 2023 to the present, they serve as the Director of Country Human Resources for Myanmar at DKSH. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Director of Human Resources for Cambodia and Laos at the same company. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Country Human Resources for Cambodia at DKSH. Before joining DKSH, Yang Navuth was the Head of Human Resources at Smart Axiata Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2014. Yang also worked as the HR and Administration Director at Applifone Co. Ltd. from 2007 to 2010. Yang Navuth started their career as an HR Executive in the Education & ISP Industries before joining The American Institute as the Human Resources Manager from 2003 to 2007.

Yang Navuth obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pannasastra University of Cambodia, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Yang has also obtained several certifications, including the Certified Master Coach certification from ITD World in 2022 and the Certified Master Trainer certification from DKSH in 2017. In 2012, they received a certification in Job Evaluation for HAY Reference Level (HRL) Malaysia from Axiata, and in 2009, they obtained the Certified Master Trainer certification in the Leadership Development Program from TeliaSonera in Sweden.
