Roy Kubovsky

Roy Kubovsky is currently serving as the Partner and head of Tenders & Administrative Law Practice at DLE - Dushnik Levine Erben & Co. Previously, Roy was a Partner at Shibolet & Co. Adv. for over 17 years. Roy holds an MBA in Finance, a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing, and an LLB in Law from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Roy completed their high school education at Boyer High School.
