Nidhi Kapoor

Nidhi Kapoor has had an extensive work experience in customer success and marketing. Nidhi currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success - Strategic Accounts at dLocal. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager Senior Lead and Customer Success Manager Lead at the same company. Nidhi has also worked as a Customer Success Manager at dLocal and Vymo. Additionally, Nidhi has experience in marketing and communications, having worked as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Faurecia and as an Account Executive Intern at JWT. Earlier in their career, they co-founded and partnered with Ajabdeal.com, and held roles as a Senior Business Development Manager at Phoenix Duo Matrix Communications Pvt. Ltd. and as an Account Manager at Mannat Innovative Media Solutions. Nidhi also has experience in the field of artificial intelligence as a Customer Success Manager at inFeedo. In 2020, they joined the Gain Grow Retain community as a member.

Nidhi Kapoor completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from Delhi University in 2013. Nidhi then pursued a diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from South Delhi Polytechnic for Women from 2012 to 2013. From 2016 to 2018, they attended EM Strasbourg Business School, where they obtained a Program Grande Ecole degree with a specialization in Marketing. In 2023, Nidhi also obtained a certification in Customer Success Leadership Accelerator from the Customer Success Collective.
