Michael Punter

Michael Punter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career at Arsenal F.C as a YTS Community Sports Coach and later worked as a Box Office Assistant. Michael also served as a Mail Order Telephone Operative during the Christmas period.

Following this, Michael worked at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as a Clinic Coder and Administrator on a temporary basis. Michael then joined Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, where they worked as a Contracts Clerk.

Michael further enhanced their skills and knowledge by joining Prudential Financial as a Contracts Clerk.

Their career took a new direction when they joined DMA UK as an FPS Complaints Officer, responsible for managing customer complaints and leading a team. Michael later served as a Licensee Officer, providing compliance guidance to members and non-members of the Direct Marketing industry. After that, they became a Preference Service Executive, managing and supporting Preference Services and maintaining the department's systems CRM. Their most recent role at DMA UK was as a CRM Executive, taking charge of the CRM Database, providing training, and ensuring data quality.

From 1996 to 1998, they attended Springboard Islington in Association with Arsenal FC, where they pursued an NVQ degree in Sports & Recreation at Levels 1, 2, and 3.

In 1995 to 1996, they studied at St Marylebone School and obtained a GNVQ Level 2 degree in Business & Finance.

Apart from their formal education, Michael Punter also holds several certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Learning PowerShell" course at LinkedIn. In the same year, they also completed the "Salesforce Essential Training" course. In 2021, they acquired the "IT Help Desk for Beginners," "Programming Foundations: Databases," and "Microsoft Teams Essential Training" certifications.
