Joe Garner has been in the IT industry since 2010. Joe began their career at improveit! 360, where they worked as a Customer Success, collaborating with sales, development, business analysts, and marketing departments to build and implement a customer relationship management system (CRM). In 2013, they began working at Ace Fence & Deck, LLC as an IT Consultant, and also at Genova Diagnostics as an IT Helpdesk - Team Lead, where they were responsible for providing technical assistance and support to 500 end users related to computer systems, networking, telephony, hardware, or software. In 2018, they took a role as a Client Service Engineer at GPM, Corp. Joe then moved to LaserLinc, Inc. in 2020 as a Salesforce and Information Systems Administrator. Most recently, they joined dmarcian in 2021 as a MSP Program Manager. dmarcian is dedicated to upgrading the entire world's email by making DMARC accessible to all.
Joe Garner obtained a BA in Mass Communications and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 2002 and 2004. In 2017, they obtained a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce.
