Radka Y.

Radka Y. has held a variety of roles in the design industry since 2008. Radka began their career as a Graphic Designer at Kasasa in 2008, where they applied best practices for design and usability to develop strategically focused marketing materials for print and web. In 2010, they began working as a Sr. UI/UX Designer at Dell - Global Business Strategy & Development, where they oversaw all design projects and helped create brand consistency. From 2013 to 2021, Radka worked as a Sr. Product Design Consultant at Rad Design, providing product design services for clients in all phases of new product development from discovery, research, definition, and design through production and market launch. In 2020, they began a role as a UX Mentor at Designed.org. Most recently, they took on the role of Sr. Product Designer at dmarcian in 2021, along with a concurrent role as a UX Mentor at CareerFoundry.

Radka Y. attended Texas State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design.
