Saira Hussain

Saira Hussain has a diverse and extensive work experience. Saira started their career in 2005 as a Senior Accountant at High River Gold Mines Ltd. After working there for three years, they moved on to Kaboose Inc. where they held the same position. In 2009, they joined Detour Gold Corporation as a Senior Accountant and stayed with the company for seven years. In 2017, they joined Sym-Tech Dealer Services as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and later became the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2018, Saira joined DMC Mining Services as the Director of Finance, where they also took on the roles of Corporate Controller and Manager of Accounting. In 2022, they moved to Treasury Metals Inc. as the Corporate Controller and then joined DMC Mining Services as the Chief Financial Officer.

Saira Hussain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne. Saira is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
