Richard Pollins

As Managing Partner of DMH Stallard, Richard is responsible for leading the firm as it continues to grow. His close and careful operational management of the firm ensures its continued success.

Richard is, first and foremost, a businessman who knows the value of long term client relationships and the positive impact of great communication both inside and outside the firm.

Richard is an advocate of sharing best practice with clients and their professional advisers. He knows that by doing this our lawyers gain invaluable understanding of clients' operational goals, and by becoming a seamless part of their wider support team, we positively contribute to their success.

A strong advocate of the smart use of technology, Richard was instrumental in the development of DMH Stallard’s award winning technology platform DMH Direct, which allows clients to provide instructions to our lawyers online together with real time tracking of progress.

Richard joined DMH Stallard as a trainee back in 1990, became a member of the Management Team (as Head of Private Client and then Real Estate), and was appointed Managing Partner in 2014.

During his tenure as Managing Partner, Richard has led and successfully completed three mergers which have strengthened the firm’s presence in London and the region, as well as significantly increasing the firm’s turnover which now stands at £30m.
