Scott Laws

Scott Laws is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Tax Manager at DMJPS PLLC since June 2022. Previously, Scott held various tax positions at Johnson Price Sprinkle PA from January 2012 to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing tax returns, conducting business valuations, and training staff. Prior roles at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from January 2008 to May 2010 involved similar duties, along with client relationship management. Scott began a long-standing association with Jus Running as a Sales Associate in January 2000, managing inventory and purchasing activities. Early in Scott's career, teaching math and science at Buncombe County Schools occurred from August 2003 to May 2005. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts in Math from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
