Prior to their current role, Dr. Ralf founded and managed Functional Solutions, a consulting firm, and held leadership positions at Cognis GmbH & Co. KG and Nestle Research Center. Dr. Zink's expertise includes developing dairy products, probiotic strains, and managing research projects on a global scale.
