Shane Marshall

Shane Marshall has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Shane began their career in 1993 as a Rotational Engineer at the Utah Department of Transportation. Over the years, they held various roles within the organization, including Region Pavement Management Engineer, Region Environmental/Hydraulic Engineer, Assistant Maintenance Engineer, Region Design Squad Leader, Director of Environmental Services, and Program Manager for Region Three. In 2011, they were promoted to Region Three Director, and in 2013, they became the Executive Deputy Director until 2018. In 2018, they joined Horrocks as the Regional Transportation Director and later became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Shane Marshall attended Utah Valley University from 1990 to 1992, but it is unknown whether they earned a degree or had a specific field of study during this time. From 1992 to 1995, they attended a University in Provo and obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Civil Engineering.
