Ginnifer Blakes Minor has more than 18 years of property management experience leasing to military and civilian families. She made the decision in December 2022 to affiliate with DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services. As a licensed Realtor, Ginnifer works to provide residential rental and resale services in Maryland. She successfully managed several properties over the years. Ginnifer also acquired her degree in Paralegal Litigation Studies to assist her clients better.

During her 18 years of customer service experience, Ginnifer’s most substantial strength is the care and quality of service that she gives to each and every client. She hopes that each client finds peace of mind in the home they acquire under her guidance.
