Jose Ruiz serves as Chairman at Anker Bioss, guiding clients in achieving their strategic goals through talent and organizational capabilities. As CEO and Managing Partner of Alder Koten | IMD, Jose Ruiz enhances boardroom recruitment processes with a deep understanding of market conditions. Jose Ruiz also holds the position of President and Chairman of IMD International Search Group, a notable global alliance of boutique search firms. Additional leadership roles include Managing Partner North America at Bioss, Chairman at Elavant, and various board memberships, including at Alis Foods and Capitalismo Consciente México. Jose Ruiz holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
