Yan Luo, P.E.

Yan Luo, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Engineer Intern at East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., LTD. In 2013, they transitioned to a Graduate Assistant role at the Bridge Software Institute at the University of Florida. They then joined Matrix PDM Engineering in 2013 as a Structural Design Engineer II, where they focused on tank design, analysis, and coordination with engineering and drafting groups. Yan Luo was later promoted to the position of Structural Engineer III before leaving in 2018. Currently, Yan is employed as a Design Engineer at DN Tanks.

Yan Luo, P.E. obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering (Structure) from the University of Florida in 2012. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering Mechanics from Tongji University in 2011. In June 2013, Yan Luo obtained their EIT certification. Later, in June 2017, they earned their P.E. (Professional Engineer) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
