David Garner has extensive work experience in the field of IC development and electronic engineering.
David'smost recent position was as the Head of IC Development at DNA Electronics (DNAe) starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Universal Quantum from April 2020 to March 2021.
Before that, David was the Head of IC Development at DNA Electronics from January 2008 to April 2020.
David also served as the Head of IC Design at CamSemi from an unknown start date to 2008.
David began their career as a Process Development Engineer at Texas Instruments in January 2000, where they were responsible for developing semiconductor fabrication processes and device designs.
Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge from January 1997 to January 2000.
David Garner completed their education in a chronological order. Firstly, they attended Harrogate Rossett High School from 1983 to 1990, where they achieved excellent grades in various subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, and General Studies. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Electrical and Information Sciences at the University of Cambridge, graduating in 1993. Subsequently, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained their PhD degree in Electrical Engineering between 1993 and 1997.
