Rebecca Williams is a Senior DNA Analyst at DNA Labs International since March 2022, with extensive experience in forensic science. Previously, Rebecca served as a Forensic Scientist at the Midwest Regional Forensic Laboratory from June 2015 to April 2022, specializing in serology and DNA analysis, and held the position of Local CODIS Administrator. Prior experience includes roles as a Forensic Scientist for the State of Minnesota from June 2006 to June 2015, where a liaison role for SANE programs was undertaken from 2011 to 2013, and as a Forensic Technologist at FDLE from January 2003 to June 2006, focusing on serology. Early career exposure includes an internship with the Michigan State Police in 2002 and a Laboratory Assistant position at HealthPartners from April 2001 to May 2002. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Science from Saint Leo University (2012-2014), a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hamline University (1999-2002), a Certificate in Forensic Sciences from Hamline University, and an Associate in Arts from Century College (1997-1999).
