Mikko Joutsen has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 with various positions at Rakennemittaus A&O Oy. Mikko then moved on to become an entrepreneur at Tmi MJ from 2008 to 2012. After that, they worked as a Senior System Specialist at Avaus from 2012 to 2018. Following Avaus, Mikko Joutsen joined Aktia as the Head of MarTech in 2018, where they implemented the company's marketing automation system. Currently, they are working at DNA Oyj as the Head of Marketing Automation Technology, responsible for various tasks related to Adobe Campaign Classic and the integration of modern technologies and databases.
Mikko Joutsen attended Tapiolan lukio from 1996 to 1999. Mikko then pursued a field of study in Industrial Management at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2013. In 2005, they briefly studied Web design & production at Ingeniørhøjskolen i København. Currently, Mikko is studying Computer Science at the University of Helsinki from 2007, and is expected to graduate in 2026.
