Sara Byun

Sara Byun has a diverse work experience in the creative field, spanning from 2013 to the present. Sara currently holds the position of Associate Creative Director at dna Communications, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Creative Director at Tag from August 2021 to June 2022, and as an Art Director from May 2019 to August 2021. Sara also served as a Senior Designer & Marketing Coordinator at TANDEM ENTERTAINMENT from September 2018 to May 2019, and as a Senior Art Director at GSW Advertising from August 2017 to June 2018. Before that, they worked as an Art Director at TBWA\\WORLDHEALTH from October 2016 to August 2017. Sara's earlier experience includes working as a Junior Art Director at Red Fuse Communications from November 2014 to October 2016, as a UI Designer at SixAgency from April 2014 to November 2014, and as a Social Media Intern at NYC Restaurant from February 2014 to April 2014. Sara began their career as a Creative Design Intern at Hearst Magazines from May 2013 to December 2013, where they gained experience in layout design, photo research, and collaboration with art teams.

Sara Byun attended the School of Visual Arts from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design / Advertising.
