Project Manager For Cartridge Manufacture And Development at dnaNUDGE

Virginia Simoni has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and research. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Master Thesis Intern at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, where they conducted a study on the effect of high intensity focused ultrasounds for therapeutic treatments. The results of their research were published in EMBC 2018. In 2018, Virginia continued their research work at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna as a Research Fellow, collaborating on a project to design and develop a fully implantable artificial pancreas for Type I diabetes treatment. Virginia then joined Quantex Arc Ltd in 2020 as a Research and Development Engineer, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Project Engineer at DNANUDGE, starting in April 2022.

Virginia Simoni obtained a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Università di Pisa, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Correlation and Regression, Decision Making with Data, Exploratory Data Analysis, and Statistical Thinking and Problem Solving from SAS, all in 2022. Virginia also obtained a certification in Deep Learning Explained in 2017.
