Jeremy Nicholas

Jeremy Nicholas is a Senior Valuation Analyst at DNB Næringsmegling since August 2021, specializing in calculating the market value of commercial real estate portfolios and development projects, as well as improving internal financial models. Previously, Jeremy held positions as a Valuation Analyst at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, where responsibilities included enhancing risk-related data flows and reporting, and as a Reporting and Financial Risk Analyst focused on stakeholder engagement. Jeremy's career began as an Economic Researcher at the Office for National Statistics, producing economic analyses under tight deadlines. Jeremy holds a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Edinburgh and a Master of Arts in Economics and Finance from Heriot-Watt University. An educational foundation in the International Baccalaureate was achieved at Oslo International School.
