David O'Hearn P.e.

David O'Hearn, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Partner at DND Construction Services since 2017. Prior to this role, David held the position of Deputy Commissioner at the Connecticut Department of Public Works from 2003 to 2011 and served as Project Director for the Adriaen’s Landing/Rentschler Field Project Office from 2001 to 2003. David's educational background includes a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Connecticut, complemented by an MBA in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Hartford. David also earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
