Carola Lauterbach

Carola Lauterbach has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at DNS:NET Internet Service GmbH since April 2019, after holding various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Carola worked at Unique from April 2008 to March 2019, where positions included Branch Manager, Unit Manager of Office & Finance, and Personnel Dispatcher. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant at Gartencenter Rehm from November 2000 to August 2007. Carola Lauterbach holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Gartenbauwissenschaft from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
