Ruben van Pelt

Ruben van Pelt has a diverse work experience. Ruben is the Owner & Founder of dobbi, a dry cleaning service that offers a convenient and time-saving solution. In 2017, they also established Bubble&Stitch, a laundry and dry cleaning service that combines sustainability with a 24-hour locker-based pick-up and drop-off system.

Ruben has experience in leadership roles as a Bedrijfsleider at Topcleaning Textielreinigers BV from 2012 to 2017 and as a Production Manager at ModusLink and TNT Express in 2010 and 2009 respectively. Ruben also worked as a Production Supervisor at Alcoa and as a Site Manager at Sandd.

Currently, Ruben is involved in coaching and public speaking. Ruben works as a Coach at Lichthuis and offers 1-on-1 sessions to help people discover their goals and make choices to achieve them. Ruben is also a Spreker at Sprekersbureau Quality Bookings, where they share their personal journey and insights on maintaining balance and focus while disrupting traditional industries with successful start-ups.

Ruben van Pelt has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2003, they attended Arkansas State University but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2015, Ruben completed a program called "Adviserend verkopen" (Sales) at Business Building. Later, in 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Post HBO Hoger Management degree at Windesheim. In 2007 to 2008, Ruben undertook a Logistiek Management Development Traject program at B.S. Opleidingen.

In terms of certifications, Ruben obtained a certification in "Certified Google Analytics Specialist" from Douro Media in 2017. Additionally, they acquired certifications in "Persoonlijk Leiderschap" from Leiderschap Ontwikkelhuis in May 2019, and "Bootcamp Growth Hacking" from Universiteit van Amsterdam in February 2019.
