Christopher Robert

Director and Founder Emeritus at Dobility, Inc.

Christopher Robert has a diverse work experience, spanning over three decades. Christopher started their career as the CTO of Galacticomm, Inc. in 1991. Later, they became a partner at CyberOps, Inc. which merged with ion interactive, inc. where they worked as a consultant until 2006. In 2012, they became a Research Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. At the same time, they founded SurveyCTO and worked as its President & CEO until 2020. Christopher established Dobility, Inc for developing human-usable technology for research and analysis. Christopher was the Founder & CTO, then Founder & Head of Product, and then Director and Founder Emeritus at Dobility. In 2022, they founded Orange Chair Labs, which shifted to Higher Bar AI, PBC. Currently, they are serving as its President & CEO. Christopher has extensive experience in research, product development, and management.

Christopher Robert attended Hollywood Hills High School from 1987 to 1991. Christopher then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008 they attended Harvard Kennedy School and received a Master in Public Policy, with a field of study in Political and Economic Development. Finally, from 2008 to 2012, Christopher attended Harvard University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy.
