Marcio Maeda Fukase

Marcio Maeda Fukase has a diverse work experience in engineering and systems integration roles. Marcio Maeda began their career at STD - Sistemas Técnicos Digitais S/A, where they worked as an Electrical Engineer and Engineering Manager from January 2007 to February 2015. In this role, they developed technical skills in building and testing RTUs, working with embedded hardware and software, and integrating STD devices with IEDs from other manufacturers. Marcio Maeda also gained expertise in SCADA protocols, TCP/IP LAN/WAN topology implementation, PLC-based automation systems design, HMI development, and circuit diagram reading. Additionally, they provided customer support, performed on-site installation and commissioning, and ensured designs were compliant with regulations.

From March 2015 to January 2017, Marcio worked as an Engineering Manager at IRONBR Ambiente Seguro, where they managed engineering activities and projects.

Since May 2017, Marcio has been working as a System Integration Specialist at Doble Engineering Company. In this role, they are responsible for configuring integrated condition-based monitoring systems, providing support for installation personnel, troubleshooting integration issues, and conducting advanced system commissioning at customer sites in the EMEA region.

Marcio has demonstrated a strong technical skill set, including expertise in various engineering disciplines and system integration.

Marcio Maeda Fukase completed a BSc. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems and power electronics from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Marcio Maeda attended this university from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a BSc. in Computer Science, specializing in systems and networking, at the Universidade Católica de Brasília. However, they did not complete this degree.
