Rick Powell

Rick Powell has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rick is currently working as a Project Manager at Doble Engineering Company. Prior to that, they served as a Warranty Manager and Production Manager at Keolis Commuter Services, where they oversaw warranty claim documentation and directed process improvements that significantly reduced hours spent on each train coach. Before that, Rick worked as a Customer Project Manager at GTT, where they managed global accounts and coordinated service delivery for various products and services. Rick also worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Hibernia Networks, where they successfully provisioned and delivered circuits to multinational clients. Rick's earlier experience includes roles as a Network Operations Supervisor and Fiber Network Technician at Verizon, where they supervised staff, maintained the FIOS network infrastructure, and resolved network issues.

Rick Powell attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Rick also holds additional certifications including Comptia Network + (obtained in February 2014) and Comptia A+ (obtained in December 2013).
