Kevin Riggan

Kevin Riggan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Kevin started in 2003 as a Tower Technician and Sweep Technician at Texas Tower Services. In 2005, they joined Elite Wireless LLC as a Project Manager, where they managed raw land wireless tower construction and co-location projects, designed safety curriculum, and drove project launches. In 2007, Kevin moved to American Tower Corporation and held multiple roles, including Tower Lighting Technician/ Regional Safety Trainer, where they managed sites in Atlanta and Birmingham/Montgomery, and provided safety training for the Southeast region. Kevin later became a System Performance Engineer, responsible for managing and optimizing a network of iDAS and ODAS wireless solutions in the Central US region. Kevin recently joined Dobson Fiber in 2021 as a Project Manager.

Kevin Riggan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology/P.E.A.C.H. from Southern Nazarene University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
