Kate Bollermann

Kate Bollermann currently serves as a Youth Coach at Doc Wayne Youth Services, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Kate worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Charlotte's Inc. and as a Teaching Fellow at KIPP North Carolina Public Schools. Earlier experience includes a semester internship at Pediatric Therapy Associates, shadowing pediatric occupational therapists, and serving as Panhellenic Delegate for Kappa Delta, Beta Chi Chapter, where communication between the chapter and the UNC Panhellenic Association was managed. Additional roles include shadowing an in-home occupational therapist at Applewood Homecare, providing care as a nanny, working as a pool waitress at The Coral Bay Club, and serving as a camp counselor at YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Kate holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College Lynch School and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
