Stefano de Stefano has over 10 years of experience in legal and corporate roles. In 2012, they began as Corporate Counsel for Apache Corporation. In 2013, they moved to Ensco plc as Counsel EUM/MEA, where they provided support for Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, reviewed and negotiated joint venture agreements, drilling contracts, and shipyard agreements, and handled new country entry process for operations in Africa. In 2014, they became Corporate Counsel for Diamond Offshore. In 2017, they ran for U.S. Senate in the Republican Primary in Texas. In 2018, they became a Member for SDS & Associates PLLC and Member of the Board of Directors for OneStep Power Solutions Inc. and Esports USA Holdings, Inc. In 2019, they became General Counsel, Secretary, Head of Risk and Corporate Planning, and Director Kinetic International BV for Kinetic Pressure Control Limited. In 2021, they became a Charter Member for TechGC. In 2022, they became General Counsel for DocJuris, Inc., where they are responsible for all global legal, compliance, litigation, regulatory, and governance matters.

Stefano de Stefano's education history includes a Master of Laws - LLM in International Taxation from the University of Amsterdam (2020-2021), a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law (2004-2007), a B.A. in Political Science, Economics, and Asian Studies from the College of the Holy Cross (2000-2004), and attendance at Phillips Academy (1996-2000).
