Camila Frei

Camila Frei has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Camila started their professional journey in 2010 as an Auxiliar de Atendimento ao Cliente at Caixa Econômica Federal, where they assisted customers with account opening and provided information about the bank's services. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Auxiliar Administrativa at INSS, where they executed various administrative tasks and organized files and documents.

Camila then transitioned to a role as a Recepcionista at a Concessionária Renault, where they managed the showroom, facilitated customer interactions, and handled vehicle-related tasks. Camila moved on to work at NDD - Tech, first as a Quality Assurance (QA) professional from 2014 to 2019, where they ensured the quality of system development and documented specifications and tests for various electronic documents. Later, they became a Product Owner from 2019 to 2021, specializing in transport and financial logistics solutions.

In 2021, Camila joined Sled as a Product Manager, focusing on developing retail-focused financial products. Camila was responsible for strategic planning and new feature development, as well as market research and managing the product backlog. Camila then took on the role of Service Product Manager at Take Blip in 2021, where they specialized in developing chatbots for intelligent customer contact.

Most recently, Camila worked as a Product Manager at Bankly - Banking as a Service from 2022 to 2023. Camila'sresponsibilities included understanding customer needs, translating them into valuable product deliverables, and managing the product lifecycle. Camila also conducted market research, prioritized demands, and coordinated team activities.

In 2023, Camila joined Dock as a Product Manager, contributing their knowledge and expertise in product management to enhance the company's offerings.

Camila Frei completed their education in a chronological order. Camila began their education in 2012, attending CEDUP Renato Ramos Da Silva, where they studied Técnico em Informática. Camila'sstudies at CEDUP Renato Ramos Da Silva ended in 2013.

Afterward, Camila Frei moved on to Centro Universitário Unifacvest in 2014, where they pursued a degree in Ciência da Computação. Camila Frei continued their studies at Centro Universitário Unifacvest until 2018.
