Kelly Model

Kelly Model has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2020. Kelly'smost recent role was as an Accounting Specialist at Dock, a position they held from November 2020 to the present. Prior to that, from May 2019 to November 2020, they worked at Accenture as a Business Operations Senior Analyst/Accounting Leader. In this role, they were responsible for the accounting routine of accounts receivable and payables in LATAM, as well as the preparation of explanatory notes and management reports. Kelly also managed a team of 7 employees and ensured the reliability of accounting and financial information.

Before joining Accenture, Kelly worked at Cinépolis from December 2015 to April 2019 as a Coordenadora Contábil/Contadora. In this position, they were responsible for the balance sheet and overall accounting routine. Kelly prepared financial statements, explanatory notes, and was in charge of controlling the budget for 54 cinemas. Kelly also managed the P&L for individual and consolidated performance reports for the Brazil and Global Mexico Directors.

Prior to that, Kelly was an Analyst of Financial Statements at TAM from November 2012 to June 2015. Kelly'sresponsibilities included the preparation of financial statements and explanatory notes according to IFRS and CPC standards. Kelly also utilized systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, and SAP for generating managerial reports. Kelly participated in the closing of financial books and balance consolidations.

At the beginning of their career, Kelly worked at NSK as a Pleno Accounting Analyst from July 2002 to November 2012. In this role, they handled the classification, reconciliation, and analysis of balance sheet accounts. Kelly assisted in the preparation of financial statements, managerial reports, and supported external audits. Additionally, they analyzed and recorded payroll transactions.

Kelly Model completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA with a specialization in Controladoria at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Ciências Contábeis at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they obtained the CRC certification from the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado de São Paulo (CRCSP) - Oficial in October 2010.
