Rafael Braga Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafael started their career as a Parts & Quality Administrative Supervisor at MONTE CARLO - MC VEÍCULOS E PECAS LTDA from June 2008 to May 2012.

After that, they worked at Neus Tecnologia da Info. LTDA as a Business Account Manager from June 2012 to December 2013 and later as an IT Project Manager from January 2014 to February 2015 before it was incorporated by Conductor Tecnologia S/A.

Rafael then joined Dock, where they held various roles. Rafael started as an IT Project Manager | Implementation and Product Development from February 2015 to July 2017. Rafael led several successful projects, including the setup of new products and payment processing integration for major Brazilian retailers and virtual banks.

From July 2017 to September 2018, Rafael worked as a Manager | Key Account Relationship and Business Manager at Dock. Rafael then took on the role of Superintendent | Customer Implementation Services - Onboarding from October 2018 to August 2021.
