Rodrigo Shimizu has a diverse range of work experience. Their most recent position was as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Dock, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Oi from May 2017 to July 2022, where they held the roles of B2B Marketing Director and B2B Chief Marketing Officer. During their time at Oi, they were responsible for business intelligence, product development, channel strategy, pricing, integrated communication, and digital transformation / innovation for corporate clients. Rodrigo also led the digital solutions business, focusing on cloud, datacenter, cybersecurity, big data, IoT (Internet of Things), and managed services.

Prior to Indra, Shimizu held multiple roles at Telefônica Brasil from 2004 to 2013. Rodrigo started as a Marketing Consultant, responsible for delivering a turnaround plan for the large enterprise segment. Rodrigo then moved on to become a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and eventually the Marketing Director, where they led the B2B strategic and marketing plan and conducted post-merger integration.
Shimizu began their career as a Junior Management Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants from 2001 to 2003, where they worked on various projects in logistics optimization, group synergy, and strategic segmentation. Before that, they had internships at Motorola and Airbus.

From 1995 to 2000, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
