Roberta Paes Carneiro

Roberta Paes Carneiro has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Roberta currently holds the position of Head of People at Docket Brasil since August 2022. Prior to that, from June 2021 to August 2022, they served as the Head of People & Culture at Fluke.

Before joining Fluke, Roberta worked at Creditas from April 2020 to June 2021 as an HR Business Partner. Roberta also held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creditas from March 2019 to April 2020.

Earlier in their career, Roberta was a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Suzano Papel e Celulose from January 2017 to January 2019.

Roberta's first job in the HR field was at GPA, where they held two different roles. From July 2015 to December 2016, they worked as an HR Analyst, focusing on the implementation of performance management systems and monitoring of key indicators. Prior to that, from July 2014 to July 2015, they worked as an HR Analyst, specifically in recruitment and selection.

Roberta Paes Carneiro attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2009 to 2014, where they studied Psychology. In June 2020, they obtained a certification in "Novo Humano" from Emana Project.
