David Gaskin

David Gaskin is an accomplished entrepreneur and operations expert with extensive experience in the short-term rental and technology industries. As the Founder and CEO of Docklyne since June 2021, Gaskin has established the first online booking platform unifying marina boat rental operations across the U.S. Concurrently, Gaskin leads LakeLyne, Charlotte's largest short-term rental management company, achieving a remarkable 100% client retention rate. Previously, Gaskin co-founded Rabbu, where a focus on standardizing operations resulted in a portfolio of over 35 properties and significant investor returns. Early in their career, Gaskin held several managerial positions at Jones Lang LaSalle where achievements included developing a comprehensive business intelligence solution for major global clients and creating standardized financial models. Gaskin's background also includes warehouse and distribution management at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and experience in performance consulting at Insource Performance Solutions. Gaskin holds a BA in Finance from The University of Alabama.
