Arjan Hapers has accumulated extensive work experience in various IT roles throughout their career. Arjan started their career at Philips Pensioenfonds, where they worked as a Software Maintenance professional and later as a Software Engineer. Arjan then moved to Atos as a Software Specialist before joining Philips Healthcare as a Project Lead and Software Engineer. At Philips Healthcare, they worked on a range of projects, including information management, conversion, user support, and web application development.
Arjan also worked at LG-Philips Displays and Philips as a Software Engineer and Migration Consultant respectively. Arjan Hapers has a diverse education history with a focus on various technical skills and industry knowledge. In 2001, they attended workshops at Atos on "Bluf your way into UNIX" and "Workshop XML." Arjan further expanded their technical skills in 2002 by completing training courses at Ness Benelux on "Usoft 6.0 definer basics" and "Usoft 6.0 definer advanced." In the same year, Arjan engaged in self-study to learn Java programming and took a course on "UML (Unified Modeling Language)" at Atos.
Continuing their education, Arjan attended training in 2003 on "Usoft 6.1 Web designer" at Ness Benelux and gained skills in J2EE (Servlets, JSP, Struts) at Atos. In 2005, they pursued a course on "Programming with the Microsoft .NET Framework" at Master it Training BV. The following year, they attended programs at InfoSupport, Collibra University, and Euroform to enhance their knowledge in "Dimensioneel Modelleren," "Collibra Expert I," and "Congres Next in fincance," respectively.
Additionally, Arjan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they achieved the "Collibra Expert Level I Certification" from Collibra. Moving forward, they obtained certifications in "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)" and "Spring 6 and Spring Boot 3 First Look" from LinkedIn in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, Arjan obtained the "Domain Driven Design (DDD) – Grundlagen" certification from LinkedIn.
