Marco Grefen

Marco Grefen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marco began their career at Clerical Medical in 2003 as a Customer Services Team member, eventually becoming a Team Leader for Customer Services in Germany. In 2008, they took on the role of Process & Quality Coordinator for Germany, Austria, and Italy within the same company. In 2010, after the closure of Clerical Medical's European Branch office, Marco moved to MacMountain, where they worked as a Business Consultant for Clerical Medical. Marco provided expertise and support to the teams in Heidelberg, Germany. Since 2011, Marco has been working at DocMorris, starting as a Team Leader for Order Management and later transitioning to Project Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Specialist at DocMorris.

Marco Grefen's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Berufskolleg für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung, where they obtained a Fachhochschulreife in HBO. Marco then went on to attend Nürnberger Versicherungsgruppe from 1999 to 2002, where they completed their studies in Versicherungen und Finanzen and earned a degree as a Kaufmann.

In terms of additional certifications, Marco Grefen obtained a C1 English certification from Maastricht University in July 2005. In April 2005, they also obtained a Call Center Agent certification (IHK) from the Industrie- und Handelskammer Aachen.

In terms of professional development, Marco Grefen has obtained several certifications. In December 2008, they received certifications in Communication and Impact, as well as Influencing and Motivating Others, from Site4Learning. In June 2011, they attended a Performance Management Plan Workshop at DocMorris and obtained a certification. Additionally, in September 2011, they attended Managing Change I & II training provided by Site4Learning, and in December 2011, they obtained a Leadership Basics certification from AQUS GmbH.

In terms of recent certifications, Marco Grefen completed the IBM Cognos Analytics: Report Basics certification in January 2020 through Axians Academy. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from Forsa Advies - Projectmanagement Advies & Trainingen.
