Lauren Santora has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Lauren began their career in 2004 as a Territory Manager at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth), where they consistently exceeded 100% of their sales goals for the pharmaceutical product Effexor XR. In 2008, they joined Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Therapeutic Specialist II, delivering sales calls to Psychiatrists, Rheumatologists, Neurologists, Pain Specialists, Family Practice, Diet Clinics, Pulmonologists, Allergists, ENT, Pediatrics, and Family Practice for their CNS and Respiratory specialty products. In 2012, they moved on to GlaxoSmithKline as an Executive Respiratory Sales Representative, leveraging relationships to gain exclusive access to limited access Pulmonologists, Allergists, ENT, Pediatricians, Family Practice providers, and pharmacies in NV and AZ. Lauren then joined Eisai in 2014 as a Metabolic Medical Sales Specialist, conducting sales calls to Endocrinologists, OBGYN, Pain Specialists, Family Practice, Diet Clinics, Cardiologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, and Pharmacies. In 2016, they became the Manager of Physician Relations at UHS, achieving incremental growth of 294-bed hospital and increasing engagement and utilization of OR, Cath Lab, Endo Lab across all service lines. In 2018, they joined Advanced Dentistry as a Senior Business Development Manager, increasing volume for elective aesthetic services and recruiting and attracting Dentist, Oral Surgeon, Hygienist, financial treatment coordinator and staff. In 2020, they joined KPG Provider Services as a Healthcare Consultant and Business Development Manager, assisting Physicians of all specialties to find permanent placement, per diem, and locums to permanent opportunities nationwide. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at Docovia.
