Aleksandra Grochowska

Aleksandra Grochowska has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Aleksandra began their career as an Assistant in Recruitment at PGB Human Resources. In 2013, they also worked as an Assistant in Recruitment at Grow Up Polska Sp. z o.o. In the following years, they held various roles in the recruitment field at the same company, including Junior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant.

In 2015, they joined Nanny Bell as a Recruitment Specialist and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined DocPlanner as a Recruitment Specialist and later progressed to the role of People Experience Specialist. In 2019, they became a People Experience Manager and in 2023, they advanced to the position of Head of People Experience (PL, Business) at DocPlanner.

Aleksandra Grochowska obtained a Master's degree in Social Policy and Social Services from the University of Warsaw, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.
