Rachael Matz has worked in various customer success and teaching roles since 2011. Rachael began their career as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Waco Independent School District in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Austin Independent School District and held the same role. In 2018, they joined Hearth as an Onboarding Team Manager - Customer Success. In this role, they led a team of Customer Success Managers & Onboarding Specialists to consistently hit onboarding and product adoption goals for the company. Rachael also created and updated educational content for customers. In 2021, they joined DocStation as a Customer Success Manager - Pharmacy Success.
Rachael Matz graduated from Baylor University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching.
