Georgia Newman has a diverse range of work experience. Georgia started their career as an Administrative Support Associate at P2 Energy Solutions in April 2018, where they handled administrative tasks and assisted with handling calls. In September 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Officer at HelpingMinds, a not-for-profit organization, where they provided support to carers of loved ones with mental health illnesses.

In January 2019, Georgia joined Lockhart Catering Equipment as a Stock Control Assistant. Their responsibilities included auditing inventory levels and managing incoming stock, as well as communicating with businesses and using inventory management software. Georgia left Lockhart Catering Equipment in May 2019.

From May 2019 to August 2020, Georgia worked as a Support Analyst at AVR International Ltd. Their role involved being the first point of contact for managers and directors at Volkswagen and Skoda Group, solving their problems and maintaining high customer service standards. Georgia also built relationships with sales executives.

Georgia transitioned to the role of Customer Success Executive in June 2022, where they manage cancellation requests and objection handling, takes proactive measures to maximize client subscriptions, and resolves queries related to success.
