Cathryn Connolley

Cathryn Connolley, MHSA, has a strong background in healthcare business optimization and strategy. Cathryn currently serves as the President and COO of Doctivity, Inc., where they oversee the development and implementation of software solutions aimed at improving healthcare operations and achieving organizational goals. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at SystemCare Health LLC, where they focused on utilizing data analytics to enhance business advancement and efficiency. Cathryn also has extensive experience in marketing and operations, having served as the Vice President of System Marketing Strategy and Operations at Geisinger Health System. In this role, they developed and executed innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as led physician ramp-up programs to improve profitability.

Cathryn Connolley, MHSA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications and Public Relations from Elizabethtown College. Cathryn furthered their education by earning a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in Healthcare Administration and Business from Marywood University.
