Elena Novati

Elena Novati is a Senior User Researcher at Doctolib since December 2021, contributing to enhancing the daily operations of over 300,000 healthcare professionals through innovative medical software. Prior to this role, Elena served as a UX Researcher at Experientia from November 2017 to November 2021 and worked at Attoma Group from December 2014 to November 2017 as both a Consultant/User Experience Researcher and Project Manager for Hacking Health Milano, focusing on healthcare service design. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior HR Consultant at TELEMA INTERNATIONAL and a cognitive-behavioral therapist for children with autism, along with various roles in education and sales. Elena holds a Laurea in Psychology, specializing in Decision-Making Processes and Economic Behaviors, from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
