Adam Behar

Adam Behar has worked as the Chief Information Officer for the New York School of Visual Arts (SVA) for almost 15 years. Mr. Behar has advanced knowledge of networks, mainframes, and computer repair and maintenance. At SVA, he used this expertise to redesign a state-of-the-art Digital Imaging Center and design a new information pipeline, complete with an online presence and email system.

Mr. Behar has worked as animator, technical director, and web designer for clients that include Artbyte, Sony PlayStation Magazine, Six Flags Great Adventure, Popeye's Chicken, Nicorette, AMC Theatres, LG Electronics, WorldCom, Pixel Generation, Def Jam Records, MTV, VH1, and others.

Mr. Behar received his Bachelor of Arts at Adelphi University and Master of Fine Arts at the New York School of Visual Arts. He is a Certified Maya Instructor in character animation and has taught computer animation at New York University and SVA.
