Jonathan Ketchum has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jonathan began their career in 2003 as a Shift Manager at Goodrich Quality Theaters, Inc. and worked there until 2008. Jonathan then joined BIGGBY COFFEE as a Shift Leader from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they worked at BIOLIFE PLASMA SERVICES as a Center Supervisor from 2009 to 2018. In 2013, they concurrently took on the role of Video Production Assistant at Ada Bible Church, where they stayed until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Infor as a Customer Success Manager and held this position until 2022. Jonathan then joined Kibo as a Customer Success Manager for a brief period from March to September 2022. Currently, they work at DoctorLogic as a Customer Success Manager, starting in October 2022.
Jonathan Ketchum's education history begins with their high school diploma from Lakewood High School, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2004. Following high school, they attended Grand Rapids Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. After completing their studies at the community college, Jonathan pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production at Grand Valley State University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also obtained certifications in Google Ads Search and Google Analytics Individual Qualification, both received in November 2022 from Google.
