Ivelina Chaldakova is an experienced professional in agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as a Co-organizer and Local Leader for Women in Agile Bulgaria since March 2022. In the role of Product Agility Lead and IT Project Manager at Documaster since August 2018, Ivelina is responsible for fostering collaboration among product development teams and stakeholders across Bulgaria, Norway, and Sweden. Previous roles include Vice President of Communications & Social Media for PMI Bulgaria Chapter and Customer Project Manager at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Ivelina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with various specialized qualifications in marketing and business planning.
