Tyni Birdsong

Tyni Birdsong began their career in 2008 at Anthem, Inc., where they held roles such as Client Consultant, Specialty Account Manager, Account Service Coordinator, Employer Service Representative, and Customer Service Representative. In 2022, they joined DocuMentor as Chief Operating Officer.

Tyni Birdsong obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ball State University in 2008, majoring in Telecommunications. In 2010, they continued their studies and earned a Masters degree in Health Care Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
