Terho Laakso

Terho Laakso has had a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Terho began their career at TAI-research center in 1994, where they worked as a Project Manager for three years. In 1998, they joined ICL Fujitsu as a Management Consultant and stayed there until 1999. From 1999 to 2000, Terho worked at Lotus Development Finland Oy as the EMEA Wireless Practise Leader. Terho then moved on to WapIT Oy in 2000, where they held the position of Vice President Corporate Development until 2001. In 2002, Terho joined IBM as the Country Manager, IT Outsourcing and served in that role until 2007. Finally, they became the VP of Business Development at Documill in 2007, where they currently remain.

Terho Laakso obtained a MSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oulu from 1983 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Industrial Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completing it between 1994 and 1997.
