Nicholas D'Amico has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Nicholas began their career in 1999 as a Network Switching Operator in the US Army, where they served until 2003. Nicholas then worked as a Computer Technician at the University of South Florida from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they joined the Tampa Bay Rays as a Senior Help Desk Coordinator from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Nicholas took on the role of an Assistant Network Administrator at Affirmative Technologies Inc. for a brief period. Nicholas then joined DocuPhase as a Senior Network Administrator in 2013 and was responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's hardware and software assets. In October 2020, they were promoted to the position of IT & Cloud Operations Manager at DocuPhase. In this role, Nicholas played a key role in ensuring superior service and support to clients, partners, and staff, as well as setting up and maintaining cloud-based environments for hosted clients and re-sellers.

Nicholas D'Amico has a comprehensive education history with a focus on information technology and business administration. From 2005 to 2007, they attended the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they attended St. Petersburg College and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration. In 2000, they completed a Diploma in TATS Electronic Switching Systems Operator/Maintainer Course at the U.S Army Signal Center of Excellence. Additionally, they received their High School Diploma from Lakewood High School in 1999, where they participated in the C.A.T Program.

In terms of certifications, Nicholas D'Amico has obtained various qualifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) certification from CompTIA. In 2019, they achieved the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2016, they acquired the CompTIA Network+ ce certification, followed by the CompTIA Security+ ce certification in 2017, both from CompTIA. In 2010, they earned the BICSI ITS Installer 2 certification in Optical Fiber from BICSI.
